DESCRIPTION
Basically, you use various sac effects to, uh, great effect with Sarkhan the Mad. Aims to keep all enemy creatures off the board, and gain card advantage through Earthquakes that your stuff mostly lives through (or, for Tuktuk, will actually benefit from) and Bloodghasts to sacrifice. Abyssal Persecutor is fairly simple to get rid off and acts as a finisher, with a few Dragons in the sideboard that can either clear the opposing board (Malfegor) or fly right over it (Predator Dragon) for more sudden victories. Most of the sideboard is anti-planeswalker or anti-Vengevine, plus Ruinblasters.
