def a work in progress. suggestions wanted.
the idea of the deck is to accelerate and cap scepter to take win conditions. this will often win the game against decks with a few win conditions (pwns dragonstorm, snow white, firemane), but for other decks there is the wall, fetters, isolation, subdual, and viper.
the weakness is to untargetable flying creatures and any non-creature threats that can't be capped or sceptered.
also i just threw that sideboard together knowing the weaknesses of burn aggro and discard.
