i cant really call it a combo, but realmwright making all of your lands swamps with crypt ghast pumping them all up makes for devastating mind grinds. i play it like a control deck, those three cards are my combo and i control until i can get them out and protect them. ghast is super easy to protect because he makes overloading a cyclonic rift super easy. i usually try to mind grind for at least 15.
alternatively, activating duskmantle guildmages first ability twice lets you do 20 damage with jaces 0 ability. you can pull that off on turn 6.
