DESCRIPTION
This is the second deck I've submitted and in testing it seems to work. Need a bit more card drawing and a mid-game, but otherwise it's working so far.
With 4 Wayfarer, only need three each of the Urza lands. This piece generally gets out pretty quick.
The Kami and forecast the Proc trick works good. Once the Dovescape hits, most decks are toast unless they have a Bosieju and the Ghost Quarter gets rid of that.
Any input is appreciated. This deck is close, but missing something... (Need more X spells and something to pull enchantments)
