DESCRIPTION
this is a uw control deck. the idea is to control the battlefield with mana leaks, snapcasters, till we can put down a stonehorn dignitary and then bounce him with venser and cloudshift. i chose not to include one moorland haunt because ideally we wont have any of our creatures dying.
