tossin' back and forth between this one and couple other's for states. figured i'd share the tech since it's showed great results and i've yet to see a comparable build. just start w a regular reveillark strategy, and let the ultimatums take it from there. manabase is pretty on point, only snag i've encountered is t4 wrath's, ultimatums will have available mana on the 7th land.
