DESCRIPTION
My budget mill deck, it focuses on milling and countering stuff my opponent might use to try and get a card in edgewise. I had Plumeveil in place of Wall of Frost, Torrent of Souls in place of Rise from the Grave and Executioner's Capsule in place of Doom Blade until I got a hold of them.
