UB Proliferate/Poison

okay, basically, i thought it was a good idea to make a loltitanforge deck. it was a poop stain. it sort of turned into this...which is also kind of a poop stain. also, its budget (if you couldnt tell lolz). a few things, i had thrumming birds in here, but i just felt like they didnt do much for me. they also died fairly quickly. i kind of want to add more control elements to it besides creature destroy. also, i dont think im going to add dual lands or the expensive fetch lands to this deck. i also feel like tumble magnets would be more useful than the vedalken anatomist as well. comment plz, any (sort of budget) additions would be great. oh yeah, any expensive cards were obtained through trades. i realized while listing the cards that i need to redo my land count as well. apparently, you can not capitalize certain letters in this section.
