DESCRIPTION
this is a concept of what i might be running for standard. i like cackler, although i feel that it isnt so efficient compared to scarhide. with scarhide, i can manage to make any other creature on my field bigger, which could give more damage, than having to wait on cackler to attack next turn...i like the thought of splashing red for a few things such as lightning strikes and madcap skills. any feedback is appreciated.
