Plan B: Use the pumped up creatures with life link to pummel
Path to exile combos with a free archive trap if they search for basic land.
Emrakul actually fits as a Plan C win condition because the druids can get some pretty large mana incoming to get him out quickly. He is also a built in mill defense.
