This is a budget version of my take on counterburn. It's my first time in a while building for standard, so please don't regard this as a serious deck, until I tweak it enough. Any tips would be appreciated!This is also my personal deck and I wanted it to be under $70, so keep that in mind. Sideboard will be decided once I find my local meta's strenths and weaknesses.
