while i generally do not like mill decks, a friend of mine asked me to build hid him the best mill deck i could think of... since i usually dont think mill is very good because of a lack of good mill creatures, i tried using the synergy between the mill artifacts, infect, and proliferate. deck seems to have a good flow so far.
