Inspired by a draft match, this deck focuses around the ability to deal combat damage using toughness rather than power. The key here is to keep High Alert safe and sound with counterspells like Dovin's Veto, since All but 4 creatures in your deck will be pretty much useless as an attacker otherwise, and deal with anything you can't block with 3-6 toughness with Prison Realm and Deputy of Detention.
