take a pure white green token deck, and add massive amounts of cheesy burn to it, and you get white duct-tape(so named because of duct-tape = red green)
not to mention the lavarunners tok-tok, which is completely broken in my opinion. the ravnica shrapnel blast (fiery conclusion) is the best anti-creature card ever for 2 mana. i've seen a deck based around niv, and i'd just love to pull out a conclusion against him!
i love the leylines of timming, especially when used in the right combo.
