so this deck is essentially a control deck with shape anew to bring in a turn 4 blightsteel colosus. venser is in the deck to ensure that blightsteel hits the target. other than that, it plays like a normal u w control.
if i find that certain matchups can deal with this strategy, the sideboard switches out blightsteel and the shape anews for a normal UW package. i am well aware that jtms would be helpful in this or any other blue deck but i do not have him here for budget reasons.
