Since there is four in the deck The idea is to use lots of mana dudes to get to where you have three of them and a biovisionary. Then casting infinite reflection with all the excess mana and turning all of your guys into biovisionary.Simic charm is to give the guys hexproof if there is a need to go on the safe side and the cackling counter parts are the back up plans. Comments are very appreciated and I believe this could potentially be a competitive deck with the ability to ramp and go off relatively quick
