BG Zombies

hey guys this is my first deck and i hope you all enjoy it! i do have some notes on why i chose certain things. perhaps the most glaring addition is bump in the night. i have always felt that zombies as an archetype has incredible reach with things like geralfs messenger and brimstone volley. however, i am not running br. in fact, i dont even expect the flashback on bump in the night to be relevant. i do feel that bump in the night is relevant for this list because i think it gives the deck an extra push to get those final points of damage in. im sure most people noticed that i dont have any cavern of souls either. well im poor so i just used golgari guildgate, i dont think it makes too much of a difference, add the caverns if you want (ill leave it you to figure out what to remove). another addition id like to mention is jarad, golgari lich lord. he is the reason i chose bg over br zombies. dont get me wrong, falkenrath aristocrat is awesome, especially when she synergizes with gravecrawler and even geralfs messenger if she needs to. i urge you to think about the synergy between jarads sacrifice ability and geralfs messenger. with messenger having not died yet, one activation yields 5 loss of life on our opponent, add in the 2 life lost via messengers etb and that is 7 damage! with an activation after undying resolves we deal 6 straight to the opponent. i feel that this gives so much more range than a morbid brimstone volley and even an aristocrat that you probably have to keep feeding gravecrawlers every turn. the best part is jarad (your engine) can come back if he gets killed, unlike aristocrat. furthermore, i feel that paying 1bg for each activation is much nicer than 2br for a somewhat fragile aristocrat. dont even get me started on jarad with blood artist... one last thing, i wasnt sure how i felt about ultimate price. i was considering dreg mangler or diregraf ghoul. although i felt that removal was a little more relevant than another creature. man i wish we could use go for the throat... anyway, i hope you guys enjoy my list and let me know what you think! almost forgot, still havent come up with a sideboard. perhaps the dreg manglers go there?
