DESCRIPTION
This is a Mono blue mill deck that utilizes Sanity Grinding and Twincast. The sideboard could use some work, but is more effective than it appears. The maindeck could use a bit of work, such as mana accel. I tried Coalition Relic, but it was not fast enough, and sometimes got in the way of Sanity Grinding.
