i have been playtesting this build with great success in the current meta.
i am thinking with a few possible very small tweaks, it can be tier 1.
the sideboard is a tool i use to change the dynamic for game 2 and or 3...
out abyssal persecutor, in skittles... out gatekeepers, in phyrexian crusaders... out 1 wurmcoil in 3rd sarkhan, and of course up to you on the extra ruinblaster, hexmages and sadistic sacraments, hopefully you dont need explanation on when to use these!
i have top 8ed this build 6 times in 7 tourneys with one 1st place, one 2nd, a pair of 4th, a 5th and a 7th.
granted there are only 20 to 30 players in each tourney, but this is not bad!
