DESCRIPTION
The premise is simple: go first, accelerate into LD on turn 3... then use Telekinetic sliver to keep your opponent's lands tapped down on their upkeep- if your opponent tries playing something like a wrath before you can get one out, counter it. Beat with extra slivers. Try this deck. Pown people. They won't even be able to play any of their game-winning combos.
You'd be most vulnerable on turns 1-3, when creature removal could hurt you. If your opponent has a lot of burn and removal, or counterspells, that's where the sideboard comes in.
