This is my standard Merfolk deck. Its basically surviving the onslaught of whats coming from your opponent with control like Downpour and of whatnot. Then attacking with your army of Merfolk or getting Stormtide Leviathan out and... yeah you get it. Also, should I add Talrand, Sky Summoner?
