U/W control

ok, well i have always been a fan of blue and white and i have recently gotten back into magic, ravnica being my last major set but after seeing some of these new cards that have come out i did some trading and managed to pull a jace tms and venser out of packs. Ive put this deck together already and played against my friends and for some reason the deck just does not want to seem to work, maybe im missing something obvious here but by the looks of it, it dosent seem that bad, or maybe prehaps its the kinds of decks im playing against ( an eldrazi deck with elves and a pure white deck that uses all these equipments). any help would be appreciated d and please lets keep it all type 2
