MUCing the Depths

This is my take on Mono Blue Control. This deck is incredibly mana hungry, so assembeling the Tron is very important. In the early game, use your remands, rune snags, and mana leaks. If you draw a whispers of the muse or spell burst hold onto it if at all possible. Once the tron come online, you're rewarded with the massive card drawing engine of Whispers of the Muse, and the neverending counter support of spell burst. Repeal and Evacuation are there to help ensure that you make it to the late game against most aggro decks. Your early game is all about assembling the tron, so try to use your remands before other counters, it also may be worth it to let a spell resolve so that you can timewalk by repealing it back to their hand denying them tempo, and letting you dig another turn into your deck. Your win conditions come in 2 flavors, Teferi, and Dark Depths. Both of these should only be used during your opponents EoT step, to ensure that you maintain the counter sheild at all other times. The tron really help make this deck resiliant, I recently was testing it in a game after SB, when my opponent on the play laid down a defense grid on turn 2 and another on turn 3. But once I got the tron online I was still able to spell burst everything and hold down the board.
