DESCRIPTION
TRUC is the catchy name I've come up with for the deck I've been working on for the last two weeks or so. The deck is essentially a version of Mono Blue Control with Tron. Ever since I saw spell burst, I wanted to break it, and the most apparent way to do so was to run the tron.
