Basicly,
The Goal is to Get Ral, Storm Conduit and Copy your Karn's Temporal Sunderings.
Ideally your Mana Curve should be:
1. Opt
2. Goblin Electromancer
3. Saheli
4. Opt/Get Token/Make Token to Electromancer with Saheli's -2, more cantrips, more tokens
Once you have your Ral out, you should be able to do funny stuff..
Also some Spark Doubles can double your Legendary Keycards.
