(post-alara standard, so no time spiral)
basic plan for the deck is to drop a few early creatures buffs, then drop the shepherd and get about 9 or so tokens, boof the tokens with the manyh buff spells in the deck or with mirror entity, or sack them to the land to get huge mana acceleration and lifegain, all the while blinking the shepherd every turn for even more goat fun.
(i've always been pretty terrible with sideboards)
