equip 2 separate spell skrites with livewire lashs. each time an ability targets them, loop the opponent to death. norns annex and sutre priest are to help deal some damage since this otk hurts me too.
things like an extra livewire lash, grand architect, tumble magnet, and venser can start the chain of events. my sireboard is really just other cards i considered.
