i like the removal rage nimbus provides, but im not sold on giving it 4 slots. combining lust for war with luminous wake (and perimeter captain) can net you as much as a 13 point life swing each turn. vent sentinel is, as always, a potent win generator. guard duty and spidersilk net can help stop an onslaught of fliers.
sideboard is tailored to help with wrath-type effects and some basic removal.
also, for the budget builder, just replace the fetchlands with basics and leave out the eldrazi monuments and hope your opponent doesnt play wrath.
