DESCRIPTION
this is almost an entire copy of this deck (www.wizards.com magic magazine article.aspx?x=mtg daily boab 165)(replace blanks in the link with backslashes) from the wizards website for building on a budget. there are some changes however i intend to make. i inserted chandra due to the proliferation of this deck and some of the combos that can be done with her -2 ability (such as tezzerets gambit). i removed most neurok commandos in favor of tandem lookouts due to being able to put the draw card ability on any other of my creatures due to the soulbind. i added the ghost quarter to help deal with lands such as kessig wolf run.
what i need help with is getting this deck to 60 cards. i would also like to optimize my sideboard. any advice and critique would be greatly appreciated.
