this is an adaptation of the ashling's prerogative idea(not originally mine) for l s block constructed, adding some key pieces from shadowmoor, such as the split lands, and some sideboard stuff. and the 5 dollar uncommon tattermunge maniac basically what you want to have is a prerogative out set to odd, so your odd creatures have haste, even creatures come into play tapped turn 1: stalwart maniac turn 2: prerogative set to haste odd creatures turn 3: oring a blocker, attack turn 4: play preeminent captain(haste), attack, use his ability to put a chameleon colossus or thoughtweft trio into play tapped and attacking the sideboard doesnt have much thought put in, there are most likely better options
