Grixis Planeswalkers

This is a deck i am working on for the new standard. It may be too early to tell how effective it will be, but it seems really good on paper and in theory. I Could not validate disallow or Tezzeret the Schemer so i replaced disallow with void shatter and tezzeret with kiora so i can post this list. Main deck still has 61 cards, i am having trouble making cuts. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 4 Heart of kiran may seem like too much, but with saheeli and liliana at 3 drop, and tezzeret at 4, it seems like it will be really good on both offense and defense. 2 Ruinous path main and 2 side may also seem excessive, but my thinking is that with disallow, ruinous path is a great card to have against emrakul decks. It is also really good against aggro decks playing gideon when used with Yahenni's Expertise.
