DESCRIPTION
To play this deck does not need a rocket scientist. It is straightforward, quick, and to the point. You want to start the game with as much ramp as possible to cast Tergrid, God of Fright turn two. Each opponent is usually setting up their board states during this time, meaning a ton of sacrifice to search tactics going on. We do not care what kind of sacrifice outlet it is; however, if it is, in fact, a fetch land, we correct our mana later with the use of Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, so there is no need not to collect them early.
The object of this deck is to get an engine onto the battlefield that generates extra card draw then trigger draw replacements with our enchantments. Just the combo between Anvil of Bogardan and Chains of Mephistopheles can eventually cause so much hatred as they make discarding cards an evil method for you. Yet, we benefit from our opponents discarding, so this is big for us.
Everything else in this deck is around the opponent sacrificing or forcing discard.
