DESCRIPTION
Mono blue unblockable control and suppress deck. Almost all of the creatures do something when they deal damage to a player. These effects pair nicely with Thassa's pay 2 for unblockable ability. The artifacts in this deck are either ramp or equipment, and the ehcnahtments and sorceries are mainly there to suppress possible counters and board wipes. There is alot of access to your library in this deck (lot of card draw) and there is some accessiblity to your enemy's libraries and hands. When I use the term "accessibility", I am referring to cards that allow you to exile, look at, or use someone else's cards.
