Casual Madness at a Board of Friends.
This deck is the first draft of a deck to cause a maddening, but fun game among friends. It can be played more competitively, but is intended to cause enjoyable chaos at the board; while, not using chaos oriented cards.
Mill cards to everyone's graveyard and then exile every graveyard. Return everyone's graveyard to their deck and then everyone draws a new hand. Play your opponents cards from their exile, from their deck, or from their hand. Mind control opponents commanders and creatures. Play huge creatures that become stronger the more cards end up in the graveyard. Make everyone play with their hands revealed or with no hand at all. Force someone to draw half their deck and then discard them all.
This deck isn't overpowered, and isn't intended to be; however, this deck will seriously mess up game plans in some wild ways.
