Smack Smack is buildt to get as much mana as i can and play atarka fast, and have lots of protection and destruction if you aren't able to get her out fast. She has the capability to one shot with several cards, take infinite combat steps, and win by infect. It's also possible to play her as early as turn 2( not as often), but by turn 4 pretty consistently.
