DESCRIPTION
Atraxa, Praetors' Voice commander. Heavy use of infect, but a fair few planeswalkers thrown in. I'd call it a hybrid-infect. I added Meren of Clan Nel Toth for some minor graveyard play, but this deck isn't based around that.
Essentially you want to use your best cards only when you can combo in one turn. Ideally, you'll have Teferi, Master of Time ready to use his ultimate. Then you'll use Ichor Rats or Contagion Engine, along with Shalai's 6-mana tap ability after you bring in Atraxa. After these have all happened, use Teferi's ultimate and proliferate 3 times each turn (once off Atraxa, twice off of Contagion Engine's 4-mana tap ability). Should result in quite the upper hand!
