Possible future improvements are:
- fetchland is probably unnecessary
- the 2 land elves probably unnecessary
- Lotus Cobra can probably be replaced
- add Beast Within
- add Desert Twister
- add Genesis
- may benefit from effects like Umbilicus, Conjurer's Closet, and Cloudstone Curio
