DESCRIPTION
This is an older tuned EDH deck, so there is much room for improvement with newer cards.
- Dimir Machinations, Drift of Phantasms, and Brainspoil are used mostly for searching up the key pieces of the combo
- Progenitus has a one-turn kill with several cards in the deck (via Commander damage): Rafiq of the Many, Finest Hour, Sorin Markov, or Magister Sphinx
- backup strats in case Progenitus becomes unable to finish the job or convenience comes up sooner: Thopter Assembly and Time Sieve, Mephidross Vampire and Trikelion, Blightsteel Colossus
- Some obvious improvements could include replacing with better/more effectual cards: Disciple of the Vault, Phyrexian Arena, Mox Diamond, and Sky Hussar
- Rampant Growth and Kodama's Reach are ramps than can be replaced. It is probably more important to get Murmuring Bosk out because it is a Forest land type that can make 3 colors.
