Talrand,Sky Summoner is one of the most underrated 1v1 commanders you could hope to play with. He is easy to cast, only costing 4 Mana. and every time we cast an instant or a sorcery we get to make a 2/2 flyer hovering over our opponents waiting to strike.
we will be countering just about every threat that we come across and countering people that try to counter us, lol. This deck will not make you any friends. Even though it is awesome in a 1v1 format it is slightly underwhelming in group play. But if you play two-headed giant this is the deck you want to use. you will completely lock your opponents out of the game especially if your partner is also playing blue.
Try it out. You will get hooked to piloting this fun deck. It is also a great deck for new comers to Magic to learn with.
