The more of a card that's listed, the better I think it would be. 1 and 2 are good contenders, 3 would be great, 4 and above I would consider staples for what you're trying to do.
Myriad ability is busted with your commander.
Both Elspeth planeswalkers would be really good, but are over my 50c budget. I listed them anyway.

The basic strategy I see for Nayali would be to get in a position where you have a few tokens that can attack before casting your commander. Dropping her right before a big combat swing will give your tokens all those nice bonuses. Nayali shouldn't see combat that much and you almost want to treat her as an enchantment. PROTECT THE ASSET! Spreading your attack to multiple players will draw you multiple cards per turn, this is why myriad is so d*mn good.
Doublestrike makes any small combat boosts a lot more potent, so small boosts to power go a long way. You might consider adding some cheap equipment that you can move from token to token as they die to keep their power up.
