DESCRIPTION
Ok so this is my budget build for Torgaar, Famine Incarnate. The goal of this deck is to create a lot of tokens and spam cast Torgaar to either lower our opponents life or increase our own. In the deck we have quite a few combos to achieve this and most of them revolve around Corpse dance. The most expensive part of this is corpse dance and its well worth the money. The next chunk of cost comes from shipping. All in all this is a fun deck with a lot of ways to win.
