general: varolz, the scar-striped. the point of this deck is to buff hexproofed, regenerating trolls using varolz by scavenging creatures from my graveyard that have high power and low mana costs. There are three types of creature in this deck:
-the trolls. they will be the ones i am buffing with equips and +1 counters from varolz to swing for heavy damage while surviving board wipes with regeneration and dodging targeted spells if i give them hex proof.
-cheap fatties. they cost very little mana but have a high power. however they usually have some gimick which makes them difficult to keep on the battlefield but thats fine because my only purpose for them is to sit in the grave yard until i scavenge them with varolz.
-utility. these are creatures like acidic slime, fleshbag and fauna shaman. do i need to say anymore?
my spells briefly consist of mana ramp, card draw, removal (creature, artifact, enchantment), graveyard control (tutoring into it or taking out of it), and equipment (hexproof, lifesteal, and double strike).
i was trying to make this a control deck with a fun theme that really doesnt take away from the potential of this strategy. i also wanted to make a deck that didnt have to use knowledge pool to troll a 4 person edh game. :)
