DESCRIPTION
This otter deck is great 1v1 the noticeable wins with this deck is against eldrazi and slivers because unblackable commander damage gets really good with instants. But that’s just me gloating this deck is all about using cheap draw spells and some not a lot but some counterspells in order to get big with prowess and then swing to your hearts content. This deck is really fun and a deck that’s easy to make better and better depending on how you like to use Izzet.
