Want to play aristocrats with your Islands in mono blue? Want to do it on a (maybe) $75 budget? That's an oddly specific budget, my friend, but since you said yes, this is the deck for you! This deck is equal parts Voltron and Land Sacrifice. It also has some self discard thrown in, because discarding islands is basically just sacrificing islands, but cutting out the middle man. This deck is themed around the magic number of 8 Islands, which allows you to activate Charix twice, turning him into a 16/1 two shot kill creature. We also give him tons of evasion and protection, and some ways to get into one shot kill territory. Packed into the Island Sacrifice theme are a bunch of cards that let you sacrifice or return islands to hand in order to gain value, from card draw to evasion and pump effects.
