based around the land tax + seismic assault combo. uses cards like lightning bolt, lightning helix, wrath of god, pyroclasm, path to exile, and oblivion ring to keep stuff from doing things like damage and what not to me. i usually mulligan until there is a land tax in my hand. scroll rack helps me quickly get what i need so i can do damage. zuran orb gains life and is useful. feldons cane gets all those lands back into the deck from being sacrificed and discarded. browbeat is useful in getting stuff i need or damaging opponent. enlightened tutor helps find the useful card.
