DESCRIPTION
A simple and quick U/R "control" deck for beginners. It's meant to help teach some of the more advanced interactions within the colors, as well as to help teach "Mana-management" and control for bigger turns and spells.
I will admit, it's really hard for me to "Balance" this one against the other intermediate decks I have posted, as I am a massive fan of U/R and it is very easy to pack a deck with commons and Uncommons and still have it do tremendously well... So I hope if you test these, you play with that in mind.
