DESCRIPTION
An EDH designed to win by milling all opponents with Mind over Matter + Temple Bell. I discard Kozilek, Butcher of Truth to Mind over Matter to refill my library, but unless my opponents have a way to discard their own Eldrazi titan before their draw step, they lose. Secondary win condition is Prodigal Sorcerer + Mind over Matter + Ophidian Eye.
