DESCRIPTION
this deck in not tournament legal in any format as of now*, but i am posting it regardless simply because of the conceptual beauty of the deck itself: namely, that the deck runs entirely without lands. but, while it does so, in playing with a proxy version, it stands as surprisingly equal to other, more traditional decks. yes, often it does blaze out with more power than any deck i have can stop, but i would say that is more an effect of my budget limitations than the supreme illegality of the deck itself. it brings in an entirely different paradigm of card progression, in which scaling affinities allow for the playing of progressively different cards at different levels of play.
* - the deck is tournament legal as listed, but youll note the seeming waste of the mox emerald, jet, and ruby. in the ideal deck, these would all three be mox sapphires, and this was how the deck was proxied to play. the list has been modified to allow site posting here.
