DESCRIPTION
The idea behind this deck is to get magistrates scepter (you can use tezzeret), and then be able to put 3 charge counters on him each turn (aka your opponent cant play).
Then use Tezzeret to get Darksteel reactor.
It normally takes between 5-7 turns before you make it so your opponent can no longer play. Which isnt terrible for a cheap to buy broken deck.
