DESCRIPTION
This is the most powerful deck I have ever constructed. THE QUANTITY OF SOL RINGS AND DEMONIC TUTORS IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. This deck was designed to counteract nearly every possible outcome, from having lands destroyed, to discarded cards, even to having cards removed from the game. It is easily possible to destroy multiple opponents in a single turn if played correctly. Due to tournament restrictions, I would suggest replacing the second Demonic Tutor with a vampiric tutor, and the excess 3 Sol Rings with two more Thran Dynamos and a City of Brass. Keep in mind I am not familiar with tournament Formats. (And do not care to be informed on said Formats)
